Terms and Conditions for Inflatable Hire

Thank you for Choosing Just 4 Leisure Ltd. We are committed to providing a fun and safe experience for all of our customers. 

Just 4 Leisure Ltd has taken all possible steps to make your inflatable as safe as possible. To ensure the safety of users and to protect our equipment, we request that you adhere to the terms and conditions of usage as set out below.

By hiring our equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions

1. Booking of Equipment

1.1 All equipment on hire is to remain the property of Just 4 Leisure Ltd Deposits are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

2.1 We reserve the right to cancel due to extreme weather (e.g., high winds, heavy rain) for safety reasons. In such cases, deposits will be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Delivery and Collection

3.1 We will deliver and erect the inflatable at an agreed time and location.

3.2 The inflatable must be ready for collection at the agreed time.

3.3 You must ensure access is clear for safe delivery and setup.

4. Safety and Supervision

4.1 A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times, and only an adult is permitted to operate the inflatable.

4.2 No food, drink, shoes, pets, sharp objects, or face paints are allowed on the inflatable.

4.3 The inflatable is for children only (unless otherwise specified). Maximum age/weight limits must be observed.

4.4 Inflatables must not be used in high winds or wet conditions.

4.5 You must not move or tamper with the inflatable, blower, or safety equipment.

6. Damage and Liability

6.1 You are responsible for any loss or damage during the hire period (excluding reasonable wear and tear).

6.2 Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged at the cost of a full replacement or alternatively at the cost of repair

6.3 Any damage or loss must be reported immediately

6.4 The Company accepts no liability for injury or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

7. Use of Equipment

7.1 Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and on suitable surfaces (grass, indoor flooring, etc.).

7.2 The equipment should be inspected by the Hiree upon delivery, and any faults which are noted must be reported immediately.

7.3 Equipment must not be used overnight unless specifically agreed in writing.

7.4 Equipment must only be used in accordance with operating instructions.

7.5 You must inform us of any underground pipes, cables, or hazards before set-up.

7.6 In the event the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. Make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or debris not blocking the air intake of the blower

8. Weather Policy

8.1 Inflatables cannot be used in winds exceeding 18mph or during heavy rain.

8.2 It is your responsibility to monitor conditions and stop use if weather becomes unsafe.

8. Indemnity

8.1 You agree to indemnify Just 4 Leisure Ltd against all claims, costs, damages, or losses resulting from breach of these terms or negligent use.

8.2 The hiree is responsible for providing relevant insurance cover. It is the responsibility of the hiree to ensure that their existing insurance policy covers the use and implications of use of the inflatable.

9. Liability Waiver

9.1 By hiring our equipment, you acknowledge that participation in activities on the inflatable is undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk.

9.2 Just 4 Leisure Ltd, including its directors, employees, and agents, shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while using the equipment, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9.3 You agree to assume full responsibility for any damages or injuries that may occur during the use of the equipment.

9.4 It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of all users, and you agree to abide by all safety instructions and guidelines provided.
